Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I booked this room on the 2/19/16 for 2/20/16 to 2/21/16 I arrived on 2/20 the room appeared to be clean. After watching television my companion and I feel asleep I awoke at about 2am hungry I rolled over to wake my companion and noticed something move so I move the covers and found a bug my immediate reaction was to kill it so I tried to smash it as I was try I noticed another I yelled for my companion to get up. I call the front desk and spoke with a man named Dan he proceeds to tell me 9 times out of ten I was telling a lie to get a free room but I could make a report if I wanted to so I went to the front office and file a complaint. Since then all I have received from the hotel is a badly worded email stating that they found bed bug poop but no bed bugs the email also stated that there were supposed to be pictures attached which were not.
