I always bring a flashlight to inspect hotel beds since I travel so much. I\'ve never found anything before last night. As soon as I put my luggage down I started searching and in less than 5 minutes I had found a live bed bug. What alerted me to that specific area was droppings and dark spots on the bed skirt. I collected the bed bug in a paper cup and took it to the front desk to show them. It was indisputable. They gave me a different room. I spent an hour inspecting this second room and it appeared to be clear but I still couldn\'t sleep from the anxiety. I wish I would\'ve just left. Also, the place just smells bad. When I looked them up on Yelp I saw other bed bug complaints from 2013 in that same building.
