I had just gotten to my room and had noticed a smell, kind of musty. I took off my work clothes and put on a tank top; then l reclined on bed and took a phone call. While on call I noticed a stinging sensation on my left shoulder. I started to rub and looked at my shoulder and noticed a large welt. I jumped out of my bed where I saw a \"full\" bedbug crawling. I immediately hit bug and blood smeared on pillow. I requested a new room which was accommodated quickly. Maintanence brought key to me but I was never contacted by any manager or on duty supv to apologize. Would never stay here. Here for work so no option.
