Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Checked into a recently renovated room. On the first night we woke up to many bites. We found several living bugs on them under the bed. We alerted management and he immediately called the exterminator. We took a bunch of photos while the exterminator was there. And laundered our clothes. And we still had two more nights in San Francisco so we moved to another hotel.

On 5/10/17 checked in at 9:30pm. Noticed bugs crawling on top of bed sheets, which were white. So bugs where very noticeable. I reported incident right away. I was given a refund that has yet to show up on my card.
