On 4/5/2021, Bed bug fell in the bath tub from in and around shower curtain. i got it out of the tub with a tissue and informed the front desk at approximately 1:58 pm. Gave it to engineer when they came up. it was considerable inconvenience, but I don't think that management handle the situation with respectful courtesy or urgency. They reversed an $11 parking fee and told me that since I had booked through a 3rd party that there was nothing more that they could do. When I got in touch with the 3rd party, they said that the hotel should have offered an accommodation and that they(the Sheraton) were investigating. I left hoping that the few wardrobe items that I brought were not going to have any bed bugs from there. This was the only downside to my vacation trip.

9/4/2022 Woke up to a crawling bedbug on the bed. Took photo, put bedbug in a cup and took it to front desk. Was moved to rm 521. I asked for garbage bags to put our stuff in, but had to ask repeatedly. I eventually bought bags and used the guest laundry to clean and dry everything then bagged it up before coming home. Inspection of the bed revealed blood marks and black marks. In general, neither room was super clean. It was super dusty along the wall along the bed closest to the wall. On second morning, my 7 year old had bites on her arms and cheek. I had a couple on my arms and back. The hotel still charged me full price for both nights and really did not care about the bugs. It seems to be common for them. I asked repeatedly to talk to manager and they never contacted me over a 2 night stay.
