I booked a reservation at this location from 8/8/2020-8/16/2020. I stayed in room 205. I ended up checking out on 8/14/2020 after I found a dead bed bug. During my stay I experienced many bites from bed bugs. I had never had bed bugs before so I did not know that’s what was causing the issue. I thought I had a bad breakout on my face, but then it got infected and I had to seek medical attention. I was prescribed antibiotics. One day after I began taking the medication, several bites appeared on my neck and chest. I thought it was an allergic reaction to the antibiotic so my doctor told me to stop taking it. However after I stopped taking it, the marks did not go away and increased in redness and swelling. I then had several more appear on my hands and arms. Someone I know suggested I check for bed bugs, which I had not thought about. I searched everywhere and eventually found a dead one on the bed skirt. I went to hotel management and requested a full refund and showed them the horrible marks on my face, neck, and chest. They refused to fully refund me and implied that I had waited to say anything in an attempt to get a free stay. They told me they would investigate the room. However I received an email from the Guest Relations Manager not even a full day later, explaining that they had never had a bed bug complaint before and that guests staying in that room before me had not complained and guests staying there after had not complained. This means they had already had another guest staying in that room not even a full day after I left and had not had any type of pest control service inspect or fumigate the room. Beyond negligence.

Checked in August 3, 2022 Woke up August 4, 2022 covered in over 100 bed bug bits from head to toe. Hotel refunded, Was not charged.
