I stayed here on March 18th, 2016. I woke up and saw a bed bug feeding on my hand. I immediately got up and trapped it for the hotel manager to see. I called them to report it and advised them that I had trapped it inside a cup. When I went to check out I showed them the photos of the bug as well as my bites on my hand. The manager did not apologize, instead said they had \"thought that issue was taken care of\" later that day the manager called (after I called to complain) and advised they would have terminix come on Monday to \"verify\" my concerns and that if bed bugs were found in the room that corporate Motel 6 would call and issue and refund, but that they do not refund unless it\'s \"verified\" what a joke! I\'ll never EVER stay at a Motel 6 again!

I stayed here Aug 20-21 in room 263. I came home with over 20 bites from bed bugs. I notified the hotel and am supposed to call back to discuss refunds.
