On July 10, 2015 at approximately 9:30 Michael while laying in bed notice bugs crawling on the white sheet, he promptly got up and got a cup and captured 2 of them, they were very large, more existed. We gathered our belongings and went downstairs to check out taking the cup with the bugs in it to the front desk, we showed the clerk in which she took the cups with the bugs into the manager the manager came out and told us no charge for the room and thanked us for for showing and reporting The infestation of bed bugs to her, he replied I will be promptly calling the exterminator. There was no offer to reimburse our cost of the luggage and our belongings that are now infested. We will be following up on this.
