Paid $125/night for terrible hotel and service. They didn't have their pool or hot tub running, which they closed down on purpose because of the number of guests staying there due to a convention, but said they couldn't lower our nightly rate to match the lack of amenities. They gave out room key cards to guests that were already checked into by other guests. At least one friend that checked in said there room looked like maid service didn't clean it first i.e. beds weren't made, trash was still in the room. The worst part about the stay though was the bed bugs, which they admitted they knew about before the convention this past weekend!! When we tried to talk to a manager, they refused to come see the bed bugs we found in our room and sent up housekeeping instead. Then another staff member told us that they couldn't refund our stay at first because we used an online booking site. But a few minutes later they refunded us after all, except for a penny. Overall, it was a terrible stay with terrible service and we never even saw a manager. I'm 22 weeks pregnant and very allergic to bed bug bites, so this makes things even more stressful for me being back home and worried any bed bugs made it back. And all of this because they cared more about the money they could make than the risks it exposed all the guests to!

On 10/13/2021 I was bitten by bed bugs and I have bite marks on my neck and back, I reported to front desk and they tried to put me in another room that also had bed bugs and I am not the only one that has bed bugs

The first time the bedbug was on my pillow right when I walk in Thursday on August 08 2023 and then they just move us to a different room and today on Sunday at 11:30am I got bite and have a welt and redness they have them really bad here and there not doing about it. I video proof too.
