I found two dead bed bugs in the room. We decided to leave. We told the front desk clerk that we found "bugs" and would not be staying. Without argument or hesitation he immediately refunded the money for the room.

Checked in Friday March 16 and was exhausted and fell asleep on top of the covers in my clothes while watching TV. I had no issues the first night. The second night, I undressed, removed the top cover (as always in a low end hotel that doesn't change the blanket from guest to guest) and went to bed. I woke up at 4:00 AM scratching myself to death. Looked around, flipped a pillow over and found a single large bed bug that I immediately killed. I moved the mattress and saw several more between the mattress and the box spring in the cover they use to separate the two. I immediate got out of bed, jumped in the shower and scrubbed myself as much as I could. I spent the rest of the night sleeping with my head down on the table while sitting in a chair. The next morning, (Sunday the 18th) I took photos of myself and the dead bug, which I left on the bed with the blood smear to the front desk to report this and ask for a refund of the one night. They offered half for one night. Today, I have 53 visible bites on my body. Mostly in the arms, hands, sides of my torso, and neck. I can't count the ones in my hair, obviously. I'm feeling pretty miserable.

Stayed little over week from 06/15/2020 until 06/23/2020 After two nights started noticing bites on my wife's legs and she kept saying she was itching, then my 4 year old started itching while in bed, so we checked and sure enough found bed bugs and google just to verify, management did not care, pay for what you get attitude, we paid 60 a night, that pretty high for bed bugs, we have stayed at 40 dollar a night motels and never had this experience,and they were alot nicer then there 60 a night rooms, I'm reporting this establishment and maybe even getting attorney involved for the amount we spent to have our blood sucked out of us by bed bugs and then management not even care..
