Stayed with a friend and my small dog. We all woke up with bites underarms and face. Fingets etc. Talked to front office. I was told to wait for Customer relations to call me. And manager put me on the "do not rent to list" because I made of this.

Stayed overnite. My little dog started itching first. Then my friend and finally myself. Were all covered from just one nite. I was put on the do not rent list for making a complaint. By the manager.

Checked in 31 January. Discovered first bug around 1:00am called front desk when we found multiple in bed at 1:30am front desk said that it is a trade issue and he is sorry but he is fully booked and has no other rooms. When I mentioned we prepaid he said he will contact management in the morning. I requested a complaint report he said he can only provide me with a note. We are traveling from Curacao we have no local number. But he said they would call me. I asked him to refund me the amount paid or contact the travel agency he said management has to do that. At 3:00am we were 2 woman stranded in Tuscon.
