We arrived at the hotel on 2/25/17 and checked out 2/26/17 at 6:38 AM. Before leaving we did a check of the bed to make sure we didn't leave anything behind. When moving the bed sheets around we saw bed bugs towards the headboard of the bed. We told the front desk attendant, what we had seen but all she did was say she'd have the room checked out and walked away. Upon arriving home, we did an inspection of our suit cases in the garage and found a bed bug in one of them. Our baby was also full of what seemed like bite marks on his stomach. We spoke to the hotel manager, but she refused to do anything about it arguing that maintenance did not find anything in the room.

The day (1/7/18) we were leaving, I was sitting on my bed and my boyfriend seen something crawling acoross our bed. I looked down and sure enough it was a bed bug. I put it in a cup and called management. They didn’t charge for our stay and they gave us an extra night free. They offered to wash our stuff and they did the best they could for us. This is a huge problem all over the world. I just hope we took enough precautions to not have carried them home. People need to get educated on precautions and understand that it’s not staffs fault for the bugs. Also report, report and report.

04/24/2019 I checked in and decided to stay up late. The hotel was very clean. Lying on the bed, at 2 AM I suddenly saw about 5 tiny bugs racing towards me. I immediately jumped out of the bed and called the front desk clerk up. They said, "I don't know what that is, I'm not sure what to do." They moved me to another room on the same floor and offered to wash my clothes. We checked the mattress in the new room, but I was too paranoid and asked to sleep on a rollaway bed as it was too late to go anywhere else. I requested a full refund and left in the morning. I requested a follow-up call but never received one.
