4/13/2017 Went into room and pulled back the sheets. We found 3 bed bugs and a black smear mark on the sheet. On the mattress was small blood stains. We immediately left the room and went down to the front desk. When we told the front desk clerk. She did not act surprised at all. No shock reaction or assurance it was the first report. In fact she responded with "ugh these cleaning people make me so mad" she offered us another room. Room 217. This room was almost directly under the other room we just left. We went into the new room SOLELY bc we were extremely tired and it was 8pm and we were far from home. We pulled back the sheets and the sheets were dirty!!! Yes, hair and stains on the sheets. When we lifted the mattress, you guess it, more bed bugs. Needless to say we drove back home that night and took a nap in the car.
