Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We spent one night at this hotel February 19th. My husband noticed bites all over his legs the next day. A Doctor later confirmed that they were from bed bugs.

Took my son and my nephew, sister, myself, husband here Sunday Jan 8th 2017,for my son's birthday, woke up with bites on our sides, thighs, wrists in lines of 3 or more bites. went to Dr. on Tuesday after checking out Monday the 9th of January 2017, confirmed these were bed bites, now because we didn't know, we brought our things inside. ... bad mistake looking at a 1400.00 dollar exterminator. please watch out! room 312. it was a room with a whirlpool tub, one king bed. there were 2 blood spots on the sheets I didn't think much of those until now.

Checked in with 3 kids used pool all day changed and went to Walmart about 8 pm when got back pulled back covers on king bed and seen baby and adult bed bug took photos got our stuff the heck out of there drove home 172.00 for that there was also crumbs from food all in the bed when covers turned down and that was first they were turned down

We checked into Room 217 on June 7, 2019, but were moved to Room 101 the next day because we needed an accessible room. On June 8, my husband noticed bites on his inner thighs. which could only have come while he was undressed the previous night. I had three bites on my hand. At first, we didn't realize they were bedbug bites. We were in Room 101 for the next two nights and received no further bites. When reported to the front desk, they did not seem surprised or alarmed. The manager was not there, so I left my cell phone number so he/she could call. We have yet to receive the call
