Today 4/30/17 approximately 9 am. Laying in bed talking to my husband and felt something on my arm...next thing I know there was a little bed bug crawling across the comforter. Literally jumped up..got pic and recording. Then killed it with a tissue...left it inside. Called front desk to report and they sent housekeeping manager and he pulled mattress back and there was several bed bugs lining the head of the mattress in between the two mattresses. I now have several bites and my husband has at least 6. I cannot begin to describe how grossed out I am. Can't stop itching, don't know if they've gotten in our belongings. I asked for the manager a few times but nothing. When I went to check out the clerk said she was going to comp the first night . Not enough in my opinion. Still I'm extremely grossed out and disappointed in the way it was made light of.
