You can expect to find bedbugs at a Cheap Hotel! But, NOT at Orange Lake Resort and Country Club in Kissimmee, Florida! When reported to Management (after 3rd call!), They responded with an "I Don't Care Attitude!" STAY AWAY FROM ORANGE LAKE IN KISSIMMEE!!!!!

We stayed at Orange Lake from 10/06/2021 - 10/09/2021 in Unit 2406 on Sandhill Drive. On the morning we were to check out at about 6:15 am we were zipping up our luggage, we spotted a bed bug on the bed linens. We immediately called the front desk and spoke with Dave. He assured us he would send people over to investigate and help us as soon as possible. He stated there was protocol for such things and he would make sure we were assisted. I let him know we were supposed to leave the Unit for the second part of our trip to South Carolina. We then called the Family members we were headed to in South Carolina to let them know what was happening. They expressed their concern with perhaps bringing bed bugs to their home and we had to cancel the second part of the vacation and just head home to deal with the task ahead of ensuring we do not infect the three households we were headed home to with the bugs. We were contacted by "Gabby" on our drive home only to be disrespected on the phone and then told someone else would contact us. No one has ever reached out. We spent the last 2 days ensuring we have done everything we can to make sure we did not bring any of the pests home. It has been a horrible experience.
