We arrived Wednesday 5/9/2018 around 11 pm showered and ready for bed my husband went right to sleep and I was unable to sleep because we were on California time was reading my book when I noticed a beg on the side of bed brushed it off the bed but a minute later I noticed another I awoke my husband to find a bed full of them. I called the front desk and informed them we had bugs in our bed and asked have you had this problem before the employee stated she worked there for a year and had only heard of it once before I asked if there were any other hotels in town and she said no they were the only one I asked what other rooms were available she gave me an option of another room on the same floor or one on the 4th floor I took the one on the fourth floor. This all took place around 3 Am we took showers and tried to sleep to no avail. Management called the next day and told us they would not charge us for the previous night no offer to dry clean clothes or help with expenses to make sure we did not contaminate hotel rental car airplane etc this hotel should learn how to assist to make sure this is taken care of properly

Checked into hotel around 11 pm on the evening of 5/9/2018 went to bed and was reading when I noticed a bug at the edge of bed I moved the covers only to find a couple more woke up my husband only to bind a bed full of them. Called the front desk and asked for another hotel in area only to find out this was the only hotel in Hope Mills. They offered us a room on the 2nd floor which we were already o or one on the 4th floor, we moved to 4th floor. Hotel called the next day to say they would not be charging us for the night which is great but no offer to assist in dry cleaning or any advice so we did not transport them. In returning home we called and told them we feel we should not even have to pay as now we are having in absorb the expense of treating clothes luggage etc. they send a note of apology and withdrew all charges. Make sure you check your room extremely well upon check in
