Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

06/22/2023 Staff changed room for me after finding adult bedbug on bed, sheets and multiple bug bites on skin. Front desk staff said they will notify their manager and change a room for me on a different floor once housekeeping finish cleaning.

Upon arrival (7/5-6) I asked front desk person to go to room with me since I had had a bad experience with another hotel in that group & she did so. A few days later noticed bedbug bites. Reported to 311 & today told hotel given violations for infestation & other issues. I have pictures of room & bites.
