So I checked in room 113 on 8-27-2017. My 2 yr old son woke up crying an moving around several times an at 3:30am I pulled thr covers back to see what was wrong an he had bedbugs on the backbof his shirt. I immediately moved him an muv1 ur old to yhe other bed an began to search just to confirm that the place was infested both beds. I took my chdesren an went to the front desk with abouy 10 bedbugs on a cup and pictures of infestation on my phone (only 10 because I was tired of catching them). The man said well I can move you rooms, ummmm no yhanks I don't want more bedbugs an by now it is 5am an I got to be up in an hour. The man said what you wany me to do an I said refund the room in which he is refusing. I said an who is going to pay for my blankets and things to be cleaned an he said I guess you an I lost it from there. All while telling me he treated the room 2 days ago an he knew there were bedbugs. He told me to get my a%$ out of there an he doesn't care if I call the police , health dept or an attorney. There was also another guest outside while I was getting my things out that said what do you have bed bugs an I saidvyes an let her come in to see an she said you are the third person that has left this room since I jave been here because of bedbugs!! These people are very rude an don't care!! My children have bites on them also!!
