My mom (a senior) stayed in the ramada for 5 nights. On the morning she was going to check out (3/14/19), she noticed a bug crawling in her bed. She filmed it and noticed ……. She did not have any bites and it didn't occur to her that they were bed bugs, for some reason. When she checked out, she showed her video to the hotel clerk so they would know about them. The clerk didn't mention that they were bed bugs, but offered her a credit for a future stay. I am fuming because the bites took 3 days to show up on my mother body. She had already been home and unpacked so now we are dealing with the possibility that she may have brought a bug home.. I feel like the hotel clerk took advantage of a senior who was clueless. I will be contacting the hotel and asking for a refund

Booked a room for two nights from August 21-August 23 . My wife and son got bitten on the first night . So severe I had to take her to the emergency room . The hotel manager Jenny was never seen when we tried to speak to her and we were never refunded our money back . Even tho we only stayed one night . We even caught one to see if then they’d believe us and give us our money back to stay somewhere else but they failed us . Worst experience my wife and little one ever had to deal with . To this day my wife is still traumatized from the whole ordeal .
