Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We checked in room 502 on 7/16/22. Room looked and smelled clean and I inspected beds as always when I arrived and saw nothing. At 4 am my husband woke because he was being bit by bedbugs and they was all over the bed. I immediately called travel resort services . Since it was a Sunday at 4 am the man I spoke with said he would contact the manager and call me back . I emailed him pics and video of the bedbugs. He did call me back saying they was issuing me a full refund however they did not have accommodations for me and could I be out by 3 that day. Worst experience on a vacation ever. Only found bugs in master bedroom (room with 2 beds), room does have carpet.
