Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

3/8/2017 12:30 pm Son woke up with bites all over back, chest and arms - reported to front desk - they came up looked didn't see anything but called an exterminating company - who came out and found bed bugs in the room

8/25/2017 room1323 bed bugs found when checking out. actually cought one and showed the manager. Bites all over arms, belly and legs. This was in the bedroom closer to the door not the master room. Now what happens if this get back to my home the expensive will be ridiculous if we get it there. I had two small babies staying in that same room.

8/24/2022 We arrived to a nice room. My kids woke up the next morning screaming there were bugs in the bed. I went and checked a saw it was bed bugs. I called the management and they told us we would have to leave the room and they would not put us in another room. I had to book with another agency to finish out out stay. The management was not accommodating at all and they were very rude to me and assuming that we had brought these bugs in.

If you find bedbugs in your home you should remove as much clutter and as many items as possible from your house. Replace all bedding and examine the box spring for bedbugs.
