11/22/2018-My friend and I decided to rent a hotel room last minute after Black Friday shopping because we still needed to go out that morning to finish up. We arrived late around 130am to check in. Around 500am I woke up and seen 2 bedbugs crawling near my head. I do have pictures to prove this. Thankfully, I just had a small makeup bag of essentials and we were able to leave quickly. I notifed the front desk clerk and she did seem horrified, although only offered me a discounted rate. (Guess she was not allowed to offer full refund.) Explained I was not paying for this room and she then figured out how to refund my money. The front desk clerk was very aplogetic. I plan to notify GM beginning of the week.

2020-01-13 -- checked bed initially and did not see anything. Next morning, woke up to my boyfriend having about 8 bedbug bites. Checked sheets and found blood stains on sheets. Staff was accommodating and moved to room 211 (just in case they followed us).

Woke up on 11/24/2020 to find a very large bedbug crawling around my sheets. When I brought the issue to the attendant he didn't seem very concerned at all. He briefly checked the room and said if there was any other bed bugs found they would comp the room. The attendant wasn't happy that I brought the bedbug in a bag to the lobby. It seems as if they were trying to keep the issue quiet.
