Midland, Tx 79706 for travellers with GPS. ·From: From:Interstate 20. Exit 126, FM 1788 N. to Midland International Airport. Follow signs for Permian Basin Blood Institute. Go east on West County Road 117 located immediately after the overbridge for Business I-20. A Warren Cat office building located on the right hand side will signify the turn. The Best Western Airport Plaza Inn is two blocks down on the southwest corner.
