Had a total of 5 rooms checking in on July 8th. 2 of the rooms were acceptable but when the rest of the guests in our party arrived at around 8pm, the rooms listed were disgusting. The beds, bathroom and floor were covered in hair, mold, piss and just generally filthy. Within the first hour, one of the kids was bitten and two bed bugs were found. When reported to the front desk they responded they weren't surprised. They offered us a refund for the morning.
