Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We woke up at 1am today April 19 because our 5 month old was screaming. We found him surrounded by bed bugs. He was sleeping on a separate queen bed. After checking him and ourselves for bugs and bites, we checked the beds and took pictures. It looked like the bugs were only on his bed. We left immediately. We called an ambulance for our son. The EMTs checked him in the parking lot and said that he didn't appear to need to go to the hospital. We called the GM later and she apologized. She said we would need to contact the third party we booked with to get a refund. There are no words for the discomfort we experienced at seeing our son in distress today.
