Checked in Jan 20, out on the 22nd, 2023. First room ceiling was leaking so we were moved to 208 where I woke up itching at 12:30 am. I went to the desk and said I was being bitten by bed bugs and they accused me of lying. I went back in and caught one in a hotel cup from under the mattress. I took it down and showed the desk where we called the manager and he refused to come process a refund because it was too late. I filed a police report and with the BBB. Owner refused to refund or meet with the police.
