We spent one night at this place and two of my kids woke up itching and once we evaluated the bites, it was without question Bed Bugs. We approached the desk clerk and asked for a manager. We explained the situation and showed the employee the bites. She supposedly called the manager and said she will be with us shortly. After an hour of waiting, still no manager AND the desk lady then tells us because we used Expedia, there is nothing they can do for us. This is completely asinine and this place needs to be shut down.
