Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

WARNING STAY AWAY! I was given my room key. I walked in to find a coach roach on top of the microwave. The headboard was gross and sticky and there were crumbs all over floor. I was then given another room which appeared clean. We slept that night and in the morning I noticed a fresh blood stain on the sheet. I took a closer look and sure enough a bed bug. I reported the incident to the front desk who said she would have the property manager call me asap. Never received a phone call. I myself have 14 bites. My son has 5 bites to his face and my brother 5 to his legs. It appears the hotel knew about this issue but won't take care of it.

On 4/17/21 we stayed at this hotel now named Travelodge by wyndham. The room was disgusting, black stuff all over sheets and counters, ash in drawers even though it's non smoking. I called the office right away around 7pm and they didn't answer they closed already. This morning we woke up and saw bed bugs on the bed. Went to the office at 6am and they have a sign that says they don't open till 9am. So now we're waiting in our car for hours in order to talk to management and get out money back.
