Woke up in my room around 2:00 am to use restroom. Climbed back into bed and noticed bugs suddenly appearing from inside blanket, sheet, and pillowcases. Hopped up to call front desk and as I\'m on the phone looked down and saw another bug hanging off the bed skirt. I was LIVID!!!!! The manager waived the room fee, reimbursed my airfare home (I had carpooled to Monterey with a friend) and reimbursed dry cleaning expenses to clean all clothes in my luggage. I\'m SO over nasty hotels!!!! GROSS!!!!!!! >:(

Checked in evening of 2/23/16. Fell fast asleep that night and around 2:00 am woke up to use the restroom. Climbed back into bed and noticed bugs suddenly appearing from beneath comforter cover, sheets, and pillows. Hopped up to call the front desk and noticed a bug hanging off the side of the bed skirt. Long story short, I was moved to another room but was completely grossed out, itchy, and could not get back to sleep. By 5:00 am I checked out of the hotel and was on my way home. The manager reimbursed my airfare (stranded since I carpooled with a friend), waived all room charges, and provided a dry-cleaning stipend to clean all clothes in my luggage. I\'m so over hotels!!!!! GROSS!!!!!! >:(
