Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

3/14/24 Was getting ready for bed. Pulled covers back. Got ready to sit on bed. A bed bug went crawling on the bed. Around 9:36 pm I called and notified the front desk that I had found a bug in the bed. He states bed bug. I said yes. He offered to move us to a new room. I refused. I stated I wanted a refund immediately. He said come to desk. As I was gathering my stuff he called back and asked to come to room. I showed him and 2 other people he brought with him the bug. He proceeded to grab the bug. Then proceeded to say look we don't have wood beds so we don't get bugs, yeah that isn't how it works. Bed bugs get on every thing. They said I get refund 3-5 days.
