On 9/17/2021, we checked into this hotel. Our party has 4 rooms booked. I checked our first room and small bed bug and signs of an infection, such as: rust colored stains and blood on the bedding. I asked to switch rooms and was given 220. I immediately saw an adult bed bug on the outside of the bedding. Another person in the group, then found a bed bug along side the headboard in their room. One room was not checked prior to leaving. And the last room has blood on sheets. We found bugs and/or signs in a total of 4 rooms that were checked. The 5th room was not checked. We immediately asked to be refunded so we could leave the resort, as we no longer wished to stay there. Hotel staff was rude and stated we were causing a scene because they would not refund a debit card on one persons account. Police were involved and we left the resort. Bed bugs were out in broad daylight, I think there is a pretty significant issue.

Stayed at this resort just recently and left on December 15th. On the morning we left we had a late check out and I found a bed bug crawling on the white comforter. I placed it in a plastic bag and got staff. They verified it was a bed bug and stated there was no other sign of infestation in the room. They moved us to another room. I did a search for bed bugs at this resort on google and found reports of them in the room next to me 220 in September. So this is not a new thing. Now my arm is inflamed with a reaction to the bites and I’ve had to wash and dry and redry all our clothes and may just throw away the carry on luggage.

8/09-8/13/23 Reported to front desk. "We'll have someone look into it " After 3 days, nothing was done. Last day front desk said "we're so sorry.. we'll look into it" Bad bedbug bites every morning on ankles
