I stayed 4/23/16 and woke up 3 days later with a string of red welts on my torso.

After checking into the hotel room and within 30 min of laying down in the bed, found three live adult bedbugs moving in the bed. I have photos of the bugs as evidence - a response to the replies I have seen from the hotel saying their "professionals" did not find any evidence. Grabbed my stuff and went back down to the front desk. After showing staff the pictures, the response "do you want to talk to a manager or just want a new room." They reacted as if this was not a unique occurrence. And from looking online now, I see that this has happened before. Was given another room and told before I left the front desk - that they "would look into it." An unsatisfactory experience from a bad situation. I have spent many nights at this hotel ( to the point that the staff has recognize me ) and this will be my last stay.

Found bed bugs in roon 1323 on 7/26 and 7/27. Impossible to reach housekeeping and front desk by phone. Hotel said they would give us refund, yet to be confirmed. Said the would email credit receipt. Disgusting hotel!!!!!!

after checking the bed for bed bugs..we get settled in and took a shower and one of the guest ran out of the bathroom stating it was a bed bug in there..clearly it was a bed bug..we called maintenance up to the room the very and he verified that it was a bed bug and stated he also spray himself down everyday after leaving work..we checked out immediately requesting a full refund..and i haven’t heard from management since..i left 4 messages as to date..this incident was november 15
