In mid-June 2023, the wife and I went to check in on a late evening during a road trip. Hotel wreaked of bleach, even in the lobby. Night desk clerk issued my wife and I a room; number 313 on the north end of the building. Inspected the edging on the mattress and discovered a bed bug colony. Reported it immediately to the desk clerk and was provided a room key to a second room. Same problem; my wife found another bed bug infestation. Cancelled reservation, desk clerk assured I'd get a refund and we left to stay in the nearby Hotel. No issues there. They charged me as a no show, and when I called after realizing the errant charge on my CC statement to request a refund based on a lack of cleanliness, the daytime Manager refused and claimed I was misleading her. They stole my money; don't allow them to steal yours. Highly recommend not choosing this lodging site and steer others clear at every opportunity.
