Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

3/5/15 - Found a bedbug on my pillow. Bagged it in a ziplock and brought it to the front desk. All the manager said was that they would have an outside lab assess the room and get back to me. That was over a week ago and still no call back from the hotel. We were with a large convention group and there were reports of bites from other members of our group. My experience is the same as the other reporters in that they will not acknowledge that they have bedbugs even though I brought a live one, nice and fat from just biting me, to the front desk. Other than the bedbugs, the service was great and the hotel wonderful.

My son slept in the top bunk in a "Kids Cabin" and woke up with bites all over his torso, left side arm and leg (on the side he sleeps on). When we reported to the hotel general manager he brought in Ecolab people who said there were no bugs. Not buying it! By the time we got home, more bites appeared and it looks just like all the other photos of people bitten on this site! GM did offer to discount the room $100, but considering the prices they are charging, he should have done a lot more!

My family and I was staying in the Grizzly Bear Suite on Friday, May 6, 2016. My son was sleeping in one of the beds alone when he awoke up screaming saying there is bed bugs in the bed. I ran into the room and noticed a bed bug crawling between my son's legs. Least to staff the staff only did an incident report and left it at that. I have not received a phone call about a follow up. I will be reporting it to the news.

We stayed on fri Oct 23rd I woke up being bitten in the night and have welts all over my back and neck my daughter is covered in bug bites from sleeping on the mattress. I called and repotted it to staff and have yet to receive a call back.
