I traveled to Charlotte on 6/11/2020 through 6/14/2020. I stayed at Hyatt Place Arrowood. The first night I slept in the bed and woke up with bite marks, I thought it was just the bugs in North Carolina that had bitten me the night before and just didn’t think otherwise. They itched all day. The second night I slept in the bed and woke up with more bite marks even though I didn’t spend time outside to get bitten the precious day. I went to the mirror and I saw at least 5 different areas with sets of three bite marks. The typical morning noon night bites. I went to look the sheets and saw that there were small spots of dried blood, another sign I was getting bit at night. I decided to sleep in the couch bed the last night and didn’t wake up with any new bites. I am back in Ohio now and I am still itching in a few spots, especially my lower back where there were some huge bites. This room definitely has bed bugs and I noted it in my review on Expedia. I have not been contacted as of yet. The manager was not available while I was there.
