Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

On January 27, 2022 I checked into this hotel at 8pm. At 11pm when I went to prepare for bed, I saw a bedbug crawling on the floor next to the bed. I put it in a complimentary plastic cup provided by the hotel and immediately called the front desk. They offered to change my room. I told them a room does not have bed bugs, a HOTEL has bed bugs and I will be checking out. I brought the bedbug down to front desk. I contacted management the following day and was offered a partial refund. I complained to corporate and was refunded all charges.
