I went downstairs at 1am on Saturday July 10th with bedbug bites all over my body. I was in so much pain. The desk clerk gave me some blankets and said there was nothing he could do. I slept in our rental car that night. When I went back inside in the morning and talked to a new desk clerk, I was again told that there isn't much they can do. They refunded me for the rest of the stay but refused to refund my bedbug filled nights nor to assist with cleaning and replacing my luggage and clothing. The hotel manager wasn't present, but I was told they'd call me. That was Saturday morning, it's Tuesday evening now and I still haven't heard from anyone at the hotel. I tried contacting Holiday Inn corporate and after nearly an hour on hold, I was hung up on.
