I checked in to Colony South hotel on 11/1/19 around 10pm and checked out the following morning 11/2/19 at 5:45am. I did not see any bugs while in the room. I noticed first bites around 8pm and they rapidly progressed to arms and legs. I am a physician and was able to make my own diagnosis. I am now on steroids and oral benadryl, On 11/3/19, I called to inform hotel management of the bed bug infestation in room 320
