Checked in, woke up with bites all over - reacted to the bites with hives, swelling, and vomiting. Asked to be moved to another room. The request was accommodated but dead bed bugs were found on the bathroom floor! The hotel knows they have bugs. Requested a refund, but hotel has not yet been helpful.

I was in on October 25th 2019. The hotel was not clean. Initially, thought something was weird because there was a black stain that appeared like something had dripped down the wall from behind a picture and the bed was pulled away from the wall. I checked under the mattress and some crevices so i chilled in the room and ordered dinner. When i was ready to get some sleep, i checked the walls and mattress again; nothing. I laid in bed for maybe 30 minutes and had a bad feeling, so i shined a flashlight on the wall and low and behold, there it was. I searched my stuff, packed up and left. Management didn't even argue, just said they'd refund. I booked through Priceline so i never saw the money. I'm sure Priceline got paid 2x.
