January 27th- 29th 2017 Me and my husband stayed at the hotel and when I woke up on the 28th I noticed I was scratching all over my body. After we shower and came back to the hotel the next morning I noticed my arms, legs, face and private parts were swollen. When we checked out on the 29th I told the front desk clerk to not rent that room out again because I have bites all over my body. He offered me benedryl and a drink for free. When I spoke to the manager, he offered to reimburse the stay, a free weekend at the hotel, and dinner at the Sky Asian Fusion Restaurant with complements from the chef. They had told my husband they see we have stayed there 13 times and that they did find bed bugs. After I sent my information to the manager and several weeks have past by he said they would not be paying my expenses and accused me of bringing the bed bugs from my home.

I was here from Michigan to see my sister who is on life support to say my good byes. I booked the room for 2 nights Oct. 24-26. I woke up and noticed bites and told the manager. She offered me a free breakfast but nothing more since I booked through Priceline. I called Priceline and they said they could not give refunds unless the hotel would approve. How insane! The manager with a snarky smile on her face refused to give me a refund for the 24 but cancelled my reservation for the 25. When I showed her my bites she said I see nothing. Was not apologetic at all. And may I add pulled out of our rooms at night for a fire alarm and had to stand outside, bad hotel bad customer service, and they have bedbugs!
