Checked in on 05/29/2019. At 3am I woke up itchy & with hives on torso & ankle. I searched but found nothing then went back to bed & 30 min later I woke up itchy again & hives also on wrist & hand this time I found an adult bedbug on the bed. Took the bedbug to the front desk. receptionist Ana is understanding & she moved us rooms. While we moved our belongings husband found another one that was smaller. I also found a tiny translucent one on the pillow that my 8 month old was laying next to. I then call the front desk and ask to be moved hotels & they move us to a sister hotel. The next day I speak with the manager Kristie & she says no bedbugs were found in the room & is very unprofessional & rude. She also ridiculously suggests that I was bitten by mosquitoes or fleas.
