1. Date of incident/visit 3/17 and 3/18, 2022. 2. After waking up to multiple bites on multiple family members, we found live bed bugs, stains, and exoskeletons on both beds. We contacted the front office and was told they couldn’t do anything until the manager returned during weekday hours, they could not come look at the room, and could not call the manager to assist with the issue. The desk staff was incredibly unhelpful with helping us through the resolution process, simply writing our name and number and saying they’d pass the message to the manager. They even told us we couldn’t call a customer service number because they’re a franchise. We ended up finding a customer care number and filed a complaint. We do not have a resolution yet but we were told to expect one within the week by customer care.
