Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Stayed 1 night (was supposed to be 2 nights), 5/28/2021-5/29/2021. When we went to bed we noticed a bug on the pillow, and really didn't think that much of it. Never occurred to us that it was a bed bug. Then we saw another one. When we woke up in the morning, they were all over the pillows and bed. We alerted the front desk. They sent someone up to inspect the situation and confirmed the bed bugs. The hotel is in the process of reimbursing us for the points we used for the room, but nothing was done (or could be done) to compensate for the loss of our holiday weekend. They did offer to move us to a different room. We declined.
