Airport sent my husband and I to this hotel when our flight was cancelled and we were both covered in bed bug bites the next day.

Checked into the hotel late at night after our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the following morning. At around 2 am, after being asleep for about an hour, I felt itchy. After checking under the covers with my phone flashlight, I found a bedbug. I immediately got up, took a picture of it, woke up my son, gathered our belongings, and we went to the lobby to check out. I told the person at the front desk what had happened, and showed her the picture and the bites I had on me. I was extremely upset. She apologized, told me she would report it to the manager the next day, and I was given a refund. These were not the only bugs in the hotel. We saw several (big) cockroaches in the outside hallways as we were walking to our room after checking in. The hotel manager called today and left a message. I returned the call but have not heard back. Terrible experience, especially thinking about the possibility of bringing them with my belongings that were in the hotel room.
