Noticed a black stain dot on the sheet that night of June 28 2015 but did not even think of bed bugs. Checked out and 2 days later bites all over me. Now each morning I have more which leads me to believe we have them with us. I'm furious. We can not bring these home. We are in a truck. So will have to throw away out mattress and replace amd launder several items.

Stayed at Biltmore Hotel Oklahoma July 31, 2015. Booked it at 7:30 PM via Hotels.com operator while on the road traveling that evening from kansas city. Pulled in around midnight tired and honestly if i had not prepaid earlier I would have ran away upon seeing the lobby. After getting checked in and directed to my MOTEL room I FELT AS THOUGH MY WORST FEARS HAVE COME TRUE about the worst nastiest, unkempt place to rest your tired head could be at midnight. I slept in full pjs and did not dare sleep under the covers. I used a packed sorong to barely cover me and tried to sleep. Finally around 4am i woke up for the third time and noticed a bug on my pillow. I grab my flash light and confirmed it was a bed bug. In fact i found over 20 large and small buggers crawling in my bed. I got up called Hotels.com to report it and to get a refund. As i checked out VISHAL the night attendent told me i was rude for complaining about the situation and that he did not care and wasnt listening to me. I even had to argue with him to get a reciept. By Saturday night over 30 bed bug bites are all over my body from my forward, back, arms, butt and ankles. DISGUSTING HOTEL. They know they have an infestation, do nothing and keep operating. Other than Jeff the security guard everyone at that hotel needs to be sued. I pray these buggers dont cost me several hundred dollars to replace clothes, mattress and doctor bills.

I checked into the Biltmore Hotel on Friday October 15, 2021to stay for a week until October 22nd. I was given room 145. I had to be at work by 3pm until 330am so did not get to fully inspect the room. The next morning on Saturday October 16th, I woke up to my dog acting weird like he was getting bit and I them noticed my wrist was itching with some bites. I then started inspecting the bed and found multiple bedbugs in the bed still alive. I reported to the office and they then switched me to room 182. In order just to switch rooms I had to reload everything back into my vehicle which was already in there room 145 for over 24hr. Up until Thursday October 21st, I thought I was going to be okay but when I went to take off the bedding I found a very alive one in the mattress. I captured it in a cup and spray bed bug killer that I had bought with my own money and brought it to the office. They are refusing to refund my money and all additional expenses due to their bed bug infestation. Not only did I get bite my dog got the most of the bites. His stomach and legs are completely whelped up with tons of bites all over.
