This place has bed bugs and was not accommodating at all. My husband woke up at 1:30 AM on Easter morning (4/17/22) with huge, swollen bug bites on his back. We checked the bed and found several bed bugs in both our bed and our daughter’s bed. The person at the front desk offered to move us to the room next door, clearly not grasping that we would probably be in another room that was infested. And even if the other room wasn’t infested, we could possibly be transferring the bed bugs to the next room if our personal belongings now had bed bugs in them. We decided to just leave.We asked to use their dryer so that if any of the bugs had contaminated our clothing or personal items, we wouldn’t be transferring them to our car and we were told this wasn’t a possibility. We left at 2:30 AM and the person at the front desk informed us that they couldn’t check us out until after their 4 AM “night audit.” We wanted it on record that we did not stay for very long. We still have not received a refund. Our daughter’s Easter basket was hidden in the hotel and we had to leave some items behind out of concern that it could be contaminated. We threw clothing out and carried items of higher value to the car in garbage bags that were tied up to avoid having them transfer to the car. We are now driving over 8 hours to get home, exhausted because we had already driven 6.5 hours the previous day.
