Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Checked in Monday November 11 2019 started seeing bites on November 14 then november 15 is when I woke up with like 20bed bug bites on my arms and neck talked to one of the employees and responded back with a "oh yes we got complaints about bugs and mice in rooms but we just switch people to another room" so I decided to check out that same day November 15 2019 told the front desk I wanted a refund and to talk to the manager... Manager gives me a call I explain the situation and she denies having problems in her hotel as I ask for a refund she replies with "I'm sorry sr but u stayed for too many days and will have to charge you the whole week" and hangs up phone i call back but no answer.

Checked in 13th April, went to bed, felt something crawling, turned on the light and the bed was full of bed bugs, some huge. I left immediately, asked for a refund at front desk.
