My original check in at the hotel was initially on April 18th 2019, the first room I went into had only one bed in a double bed room, I was moved to another room which I woke up in in the middle of the night to a mouse running up the light cord that was hanging. When approaching the front desk they moved me to this horrible scary room. I only used one bed on at the beginning of my stay starting 4/30/2019 to 5/02/18 when switching beds so the house keeping could fix the bed I was using I pulled back the sheets and there were 2 bed bugs on the white flat sheet when inspecting there were also 2 more on the pillows in which I recorded to show the manager . When approaching the manager with that information my stay was denied although i had already paid. The manager said I complained too much but those are all serious valid reasons to tell a manager abouT
