3/12/2023 I woke up in the middle of the night covered in bites. I told the person at the front desk, and was told the manager wouldn't be there until 9am AND the night manager (who lives on site) couldn't be contacted. At 9am she shows up and claims she had heard nothing about it and to come back at noon. No apology. No refund. At noon she beats on the door and offers me 20% on a NEW reservation. No apology. No searching for bedbugs, no cleaning crew. Didn't ask to see pics the bites (50-100 bites now that they've all started showing up) or videos of the bugs crawling. Manager is just unprofessional. Worst part is I'm a diamond member at Choice hotels and I couldn't get a refund. They did, however, make me a reservation at another hotel.
